The Liberation chip has a unique effect in LeekWars. Used on an entity, it will largely reduce the value of the Effects active on the target.

It can therefore reduce, at once, all of the Effects of an entity:

• the buffs present on the target
• its shields relative and absolute, as well as its vulnerability
• barriers]]
• the Poison
• the amplitude of the start-of-turn healing provided by the Vaccine or Serum chip

It will therefore generally be thrown at the enemy (to remove their armor and boosts), but when faced with a magician it may be interesting to throw it at oneself (or an ally) to reduce the Hindrances that the 'we were able to suffer and reduce the withdrawal of Life points caused by the poison.

Due to the very nature of its effect, none of the caster's Characteristics have any influence on the effect of the Liberation chip. A Critical Strike increases the decrease in effects to 78%.
