This weapon does no damage. However, it does apply a stacking Vulnerability, which makes the damage more effective, and it inflicts Nova Damage which reduces the target's Max Life. If you think it's not useful, wait until you see the face of your annoying opponent, the one who heals all the time. He will be less clever with his Life Points halved.

It also has a passive effect, which is triggered as soon as the wearer receives direct damage, and which gives Absolute Shield. This passive effect triggers as soon as the Mysterious Electrifier is in a leek's inventory, it does not need to have the weapon in hand.
