getChipEffectiveArea

Returns the list of cells that will be affected if the chip chip is used on the cell cell from a from cell. The function does not check if it is possible to use the chip on cell cell or to go to cell from.

Parameters

• chip: The chip to be tested.
• cell: The target cell.
• from: The cell from which the chip is used.

Return

• cells: The table containing the ids of all the cells that will be affected.
