Determines if your entity can use the chip chip on the entity with id entity from its current cell.

The function checks the following points:

• Range: comparison between the distance and the minimum and maximum range of the chip.
• Clear line of sight between the two positions (lineOfSight).

The function does not check if you have sufficient TP for the cost of the chip or if the chip is not in recovery (recovery time: getCooldown).

Parameters

• chip: The number of the chip to be tested.
• entity: The id of the entity on which you want to use the chip.

Return

• canUse: true if your entity can use the chip, false otherwise.
