It's a legend adapted from tales of the Garden that the elders often tell each other. It says that long ago, some seasoned farmers who were also mechanical experts used their skills to design weapons as powerful as they were surprising. The wielders of these weapons were great fighters, and used them to surprise their opponents with effects as unexpected as they were destructive.
Strange weapons... they look like the ones you already know, but their appearance and the way they work are said to be slightly different.
Today, faced with modern 3D printing techniques, this craftsmanship and all the unique weapons forged with it have gradually fallen into oblivion. Nowadays, they are nothing more than a vague rumor in the minds of people who only know and use weapons that are all identical to one another.
But for some time now, farmers from the four corners of the Garden seem to have heard rumors... Spread by a few survivors from a bygone era...
It's said that some Barons of the Leek World have some in their possession, as well as some farmers belonging to secret societies...
Could it be a collector who decided to sell some old personal pieces? Or could they come from the secret workshop of a new craftsman who has mastered ancestral knowledge? Or from an explorer who found some in an abandoned place?
For now, nobody has any lead on their origin, or their era.
Only the cleverest and luckiest farmers can hope, perhaps, to catch a glimpse of one someday....
