Ah, puny reader of this page, here at last is a way to get strong: steroids. This is a simple but effective chip: it gives strength for the next three turns, with a five-turn cooldown. Unlike many chips with this effect, it doesn't depend on science, so it fits into any build that deals direct damage based on strength (poisoners, move along). Its cost does mean you can't use it carelessly, though: in particular, if you have few TP (which may well be the case at the level where you unlock this chip), you'll have to choose between gaining strength for the turns ahead and dealing damage right now.
Note that the effect doesn't stack: in a team, don't expect to give an ally 600 strength by using 4 Steroids, it won't work.
