Like all shackles, those caused by the Katana are affected by the attacker's Magic.
The Market says this weapon removes between 0.3 and 0.4 TP. In reality, the game only handles whole numbers of TP, so the number of TP removed is always rounded. So if your leek has no magic, this weapon will only deal its damage, since every number between 0.3 and 0.4 rounds to 0.
