Sleeping Pill is a TP Hindrance: This chip removes TP from its target. Like all impediments, it is affected by the caster's magic. Unlike lower level restraints, it has a cooldown and therefore cannot be cast multiple times in a row. On the other hand, it removes more TP (and can therefore be used with less magic), and benefits from an area of effect.

The game only uses integer values of TP: the amount of TP removed by this chip is therefore always rounded. To find out how much TP will be removed depending on the caster's magic, you can refer to the following table: Magic | Amount of TP removed ---------|------------ less than 0 | 0 0 to 24 | 0 or 1 25 to 199 | 1 200 to 274 | 1 or 2 275 to 399 | 2 400 to 524 | 2 or 3 525 to 599 | 3 600 to 774 | 3 or 4 775 to 799 | 4 800 to 960 | 4 or 5
When the board says "1 or 2" (for example), the higher the caster's Magic value, the higher the chance of rolling 2 rather than 1.
In teamfights, an area obstruction can sometimes be appreciable.
