Protein Level 6
A brand-new effect! And not a minor one. Boost effects can temporarily increase one of a leek's characteristics.
Boost chips are blue, and they can be influenced by Science. For this one, though, the effect isn't increased by any characteristic.
Just like shields (which you'll discover at level 10), boosts can only be used on allies.
Here, the new Protein chip boosts the target's strength for 2 turns, with a cooldown of 3 turns.
You can check cooldowns with the getChipCooldown function, which gets the chip's cooldown as shown in the Market, and getCooldown, which gets the current cooldown. The chip can be used when getCooldown returns 0.
