确定字符串 search 在字符串 string 中第一次出现的位置。

设置

• string 执行搜索的字符串。
• search 要搜索的字符串。
• start 搜索起始位置，默认为字符串开头(0)。

• index search 在 string 中第一次出现的位置，如果未找到该字符串，则为 -1。
