Returns the type of area of effect of the weapon weapon.

Parameters

• weapon: The weapon whose area type will be returned.

Return

• area: The area type of the weapon weapon, among the AREA_* constants:
• AREA_POINT: single-cell area
• AREA_LASER_LINE: laser line
• AREA_CIRCLE_1: circular area, 3 cells in diameter
• AREA_CIRCLE_2: circular area, 5 cells in diameter
• AREA_CIRCLE_3: circular area, 7 cells in diameter
• etc.
