Returns the characteristics of the bulb summoned by the chip chip.

For each characteristic, the range of possible values is returned as a list [min, max]. The summoned bulb will receive a random value from that range.

Example:

Parameters

• chip: Id of a summoning chip (e.g. CHIP_BULB).

Return

• stats: A Map associating each characteristic (CHARAC_LIFE, CHARAC_STRENGTH, CHARAC_AGILITY, CHARAC_WISDOM, CHARAC_RESISTANCE, CHARAC_SCIENCE, CHARAC_MAGIC, CHARAC_TP, CHARAC_MP) with a range [min, max] of possible values, or null if chip is not a bulb summoning chip.
