This chip has the label "per target hit" next to its effect, which means its damage is multiplied for each target in the area of effect (its AoE is AREA_PLUS_2).
By positioning yourself cleverly and using expendable allies such as Puny Bulbs or your weakest leek (RIP), you can deal maximum damage!
Careful, though: the damage depends on where the entities stand in the area. You'd better put your opponent at the center of the area rather than yourself.
