If you've got a bit of Tigger in you, this chip is for you! You'll be able to jump over whatever stands in your way, whether it's obstacles or entities :)
We talk about teleportation here because its main effect is EFFECT_TELEPORT. It is not subject to line of sight (lineOfSight), so it lets you ignore any obstacles in your path.
So you can practice with this new effect while you wait for the "upgraded" version, the Teleportation chip.
