Ice Cube is one of the chips with the longest range in the game, no cooldown, and a very small damage interval, which makes it a useful chip from a distance, especially since its damage/TP ratio is better than the Spark chip. On the other hand, its high cost in TP could put off some farmers.

Note that with its minimum range of 0, you can always hold it on your forehead in the event of a migraine.
