About this chip ---
Ice Cube is one of the longest-range chips in the game, with no cooldown and a very narrow damage range, which makes it a useful chip at a distance, especially since its damage/TP ratio is better than the Spark chip's. On the other hand, its high TP cost might leave some farmers cold.
Note that with its minimum range of 0, you can always hold it against your forehead when you have a migraine.
