Frequency affects the order in which leeks play during a fight. The more frequency a leek has, the more likely it is to go first.
Two leeks with 100 Frequency each have the same chance of going first: 50%/50%.
If your leek has 150 Frequency against an opponent with 100, it has about a 75% chance of going first.
If your leek has 200 Frequency against an opponent with 100, it has about a 91% chance of going first. With 300 Frequency, the probability of going first rises to roughly 99%.
The exact formula is p(x) = 1 - 1/(1 + 10^(x/100)), where x is the difference in frequency.
Within a team, leeks play in decreasing order of Frequency.
The Frequency/Capital ratio is 1 to 1, no matter how much you have.
