Each time your leek levels up, it gets capital points that you can spread across the various characteristics.

To reset your capital points, you can use one of the 20 Restat Potions you are given at the start, or buy one at the Market.
If you want to plan ahead how you could spend your capital points, you can use the Restator 5000 website, created by Toufalk.
